Welcome
Hi — I'm Anisha
I build products, but I came to it sideways — through design school, through living in different countries, through caring maybe too much about why people like what they like.
These days I'm at Columbia Business School finishing my MBA. I'm a Student PM for the NBA working on League Pass retention (why do subscribers leave? how do you make them stay?), I teach Product Management, and I'm building Kaisey — an AI chief of staff for MBA students who are trying to recruit, study, and have a social life without completely falling apart.
Before school, I spent the summer running growth for Indē Wild, a beauty brand launching in Sephora. Built their TikTok Shop from nothing — activated 160+ creators, $344K in quarterly sales, 28% activation rate when most brands are lucky to hit 15–20%. And before that, three years at Deloitte Digital designing fintech and entertainment products — FedNow's instant payments onboarding, the WNBA's digital experience (40% CTR lift, 20% repeat visit increase).
I started at Parsons School of Design. That's where I learned to think about emotion and narrative first, systems second. Growing up South Asian and constantly code-switching between cultures gave me something similar — this instinct that context is everything. The same product, same message, same feature can mean totally different things depending on who's on the other end.
What I love most is taking something complex — a tangled product, a confusing flow, a problem nobody's quite framed yet — and making it feel obvious. Finding where the friction is hiding, cutting what doesn't earn its place, and turning all of it into an experience that's seamless on the other side.
I'm looking for product and strategy roles where that kind of thinking matters — where understanding people isn't a nice-to-have, it's the whole point.
